Packing Guide
Proper packing prevents damage and speeds up grading. Here's how:
Penny Sleeve + Card Saver
Place each card in a penny sleeve, then insert it into a semi-rigid holder (Card Saver I or II). Avoid top loaders if possible as they allow movement.
Sandwich & Secure
Stack your cards and sandwich them between two pieces of cardboard. Secure with rubber bands (not too tight) or painter's tape.
Box & Ship
Place the sandwich in a sturdy box with packing material (bubble wrap/paper). Do not use a bubble mailer for high-value orders.

Our standard turnaround time is 2 business days from the day we log your order into our system. Shipping time back to you is additional.
We insure all return shipments for the declared value of the cards. If a card is damaged while in our possession, we cover the market value up to the declared amount.
Yes, we can grade cards up to 130pt thickness. This includes most patch and relic cards. Please note excessively thick cards may require a custom holder.
Yes, RM40 per card is our flat rate for all cards up to RM5,000 declared value. For extremely high-value items (RM5,000+), please contact us for a custom quote.
We currently grade the card's condition and authenticate manufacturer-issued autographs. We do not authenticate after-market (IP) autographs at this time.
