Sleeve & semi-rigid holder

Penny sleeve each card, then insert into a Card Saver I or II. Avoid top loaders — they allow movement.

Sandwich & secure

Stack your sleeved cards and sandwich them between two pieces of cardboard. Secure with rubber bands or painter's tape.

Box & drop off

Place the sandwich in a sturdy box with bubble wrap or packing paper, then drop it off at our collection point. Do not use bubble mailers for high-value submissions.

What is the turnaround time?+

Our standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from the date we receive and log your submission at our collection point. This does not include return shipping time.

How does insurance work?+

Cards are covered against loss or damage while in our possession, up to their declared value and capped at RM 5,000 per card. Return shipping to the customer address is insured to the same cap.

Do you grade thick cards?+

Yes, we grade cards up to 130pt thickness, including most patch and relic cards. Excessively thick cards may require a custom holder.

Is the pricing fixed?+

Yes. RM 79 flat rate for all cards. No value-based upcharges. For items declared above RM 5,000, please contact us before submitting.

Do you grade autographs?+

We grade card condition and authenticate manufacturer-issued autographs. We do not authenticate after-market (IP) autographs at this time.

Where do I drop off my cards?+

After payment, securely pack your cards and bring them with your packing slip to our collection point in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur, 54200, Malaysia.
