Packing guide

Sleeve & semi-rigid holder

Penny sleeve each card, then insert into a Card Saver I or II. Avoid top loaders — they allow movement.

Sandwich & secure

Stack your sleeved cards and sandwich them between two pieces of cardboard. Secure with rubber bands or painter's tape.

Box & ship

Place the sandwich in a sturdy box with bubble wrap or packing paper. Do not use bubble mailers for high-value submissions.

What is the turnaround time?+

Our standard turnaround is 3–4 weeks from the date we receive your submission. This does not include inbound or outbound shipping time.

How does insurance work?+

We insure all return shipments for the declared value. If a card is damaged while in our possession, we cover market value up to the declared amount, capped at RM 5,000 per card.

Do you grade thick cards?+

Yes, we grade cards up to 130pt thickness, including most patch and relic cards. Excessively thick cards may require a custom holder.

Is the pricing fixed?+

Yes. RM 49 flat rate for all cards. No value-based upcharges. For items declared above RM 5,000, please contact us before submitting.

Do you grade autographs?+

We grade card condition and authenticate manufacturer-issued autographs. We do not authenticate after-market (IP) autographs at this time.

Where do I ship my cards?+

MAG Grading Sdn. Bhd., Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur 54200, Malaysia. Include your order confirmation number inside the package.
