Does the price change based on card value?+
No. RM 49 is the same for every card we grade, regardless of its market value.
Is shipping included?+
The RM 49 covers grading. You pay shipping both ways — to us and back to you.
What does "3–4 weeks" mean exactly?+
Turnaround starts from the date your submission is received at our facility, not the date you ship.
Are thick cards or vintage cards extra?+
No. Our flat rate covers standard cards, thick cards, and vintage cards at the same price.
What is the RM 5,000 insurance cap?+
Each card is insured up to RM 5,000 against loss or damage while in our possession. Cards with declared value above RM 5,000 are accepted but insured to the cap only.
Does SST apply?+
Yes. The RM 49 price excludes 6% SST, which will be added at checkout.
