Does the price change based on card value?+
No. RM 79 is the same for every card we grade, regardless of its market value. We don't use the value-based tiers or retroactive upcharges that charge more the moment a card looks valuable.
Is shipping included?+
The RM 79 covers grading and insured return shipping within Malaysia. After payment, securely pack and drop off your cards at our collection point.
What does "3–4 weeks" mean exactly?+
Turnaround starts when your submission is received and logged at our collection point, not when you complete payment.
Are thick cards or vintage cards extra?+
No. Our flat rate covers standard cards, thick cards, and vintage cards at the same price.
What is the RM 5,000 insurance cap?+
Each card is covered against loss or damage while in our possession, up to its declared value and capped at RM 5,000 per card. Cards are returned by insured shipping to the customer address.
Are there any extra fees or taxes?+
No. RM 79 per card is the final price — no SST, no hidden fees, nothing added at checkout.
