Frequently asked
Does the price change based on card value?+
The RM 79 grading fee is the same for every card we grade, regardless of its market value. A separate 4% platform fee applies to the grading subtotal; there are no value-based tiers or value-triggered price increases.
Is return shipping included?+
RM 79 covers the grading service. A 4% platform fee is charged on the grading subtotal. Collecting your graded cards in person is free; if you'd like them shipped back to you, return shipping is charged separately.
What does "3–4 weeks" mean exactly?+
Turnaround starts when your submission is received and logged at our collection partner, not when you complete payment.
Are thick cards or vintage cards extra?+
No value-based surcharge applies. The RM 79 grading fee covers standard cards, thick cards, and vintage cards alike; the separate 4% platform fee still applies to the grading subtotal.
What if my card comes back with a lower grade than I hoped?+
The RM 79 grading fee and 4% platform fee are the same whatever grade your card receives — a lower grade does not cost you more. Before you submit, the Pre-Grade Self-Check walks through centering, corners, edges, surface, value and rarity so you can decide whether a card is worth grading first.
Are there any extra fees or taxes?+
The grading subtotal is RM 79 per card, plus a separate 4% platform fee on that subtotal. For one card, the total is RM 82.16 before return shipping. MAG is not SST-registered, so no SST is charged; return shipping is separate if you choose delivery.
