1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of MAG Grading Sdn. Bhd. ("MAG", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

MAG provides professional trading card authentication and grading services. We examine, grade, and encapsulate trading cards submitted by customers according to our published grading standards.

3. Submission Process

  • All submissions must follow our packing and drop-off guidelines
  • After payment, cards must be securely packed and dropped off at our collection point in Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur, 54200
  • You are responsible for the cards until our collection point accepts the submission
  • We reserve the right to refuse any submission that does not meet our requirements

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is per card as listed on our website
  • Payment is due upon submission creation
  • We accept payment methods as displayed on our website
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

5. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 3–4 weeks from the date we receive and log your submission. This does not include return shipping time. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on submission volume and other factors.

6. Grading Standards

Our grading is performed according to MAG's published standards. Key points:

  • Grades are assigned at our sole discretion based on our professional assessment
  • Grades are final and not subject to appeal or re-grading
  • Our grading represents our professional opinion and is not a guarantee of value
  • We do not guarantee any specific grade outcome

7. Insurance and Liability

Cards are covered while in our possession and returned by insured shipping:

  • Coverage is limited to the declared value, capped at RM 5,000 per card under standard service
  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your return shipment
  • We are not liable for damage that occurred before receipt or after return delivery
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the lesser of the declared value or the applicable per-card cap

8. Return Shipping

We will return graded cards via insured shipping to the address provided. Return shipping costs are included in our service fee for domestic (Malaysia) shipments. International return shipping may incur additional charges.

9. Counterfeit Cards

If we determine a card is counterfeit or altered, we will not grade it. Counterfeit cards will be returned ungraded. We reserve the right to confiscate and destroy confirmed counterfeits. No refund will be provided for counterfeit submissions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, MAG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
