If you cancel before we start grading your cards, we'll issue a full refund through Stripe to your original payment method.

Once grading has started

Once grading has started, the grading fee is not refundable.

Counterfeit cards

If we confirm a card is counterfeit, we will not grade it. Under our Terms of Service, we may confiscate and destroy confirmed counterfeits. Counterfeit submissions are not eligible for a refund.
