Refund Policy

We keep cancellations simple

If you cancel before we start grading your cards, we'll refund the grading subtotal through Stripe to your original payment method. The separate 4% platform fee is non-refundable and is retained by MAG. For example, an order charged RM82.16 (RM79.00 grading subtotal + RM3.16 platform fee) receives RM79.00 back before grading starts.

Once grading has started

Once grading has started, the grading fee and the platform fee are not refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.

Counterfeit cards

If we confirm a card is counterfeit, we will not grade it and will return it ungraded. The grading fee for that card is refunded if the counterfeit is identified before grading of that card has started; once grading has started, the grading fee is not refundable. The 4% platform fee is non-refundable either way. See our Terms of Service.
